The three new themes

Dracotail — Dragon + Spellcaster Fusion. Use a Dracotail as Fusion Material and search a Dracotail Spell/Trap from the Deck. Some also destroy or negate; others recycle themselves or let you Fusion Summon on the opponent’s turn.

K9 — Futuristic canine crimefighters built for Rank 5 Xyz. Fast Level 5 monsters, Xyz Summons even during the opponent’s turn, and effects that work with any Rank 5 Xyz Monster — old favorites included.

Yummy — Cute prize-style Synchro theme (Cupsy, Cooky, Lollipo, and Yummy★Snatchy). Don’t let the looks fool you; this is the third Extra Deck engine in the set and a collector favorite for Starlight and Collector’s Rare art.

Why 1st Edition boxes get opened
