Magic: The Gathering | Star Trek — We Are the Borg Commander Deck is the Esper (white-blue-black) precon for the November 13, 2026 Universes Beyond set. Face commander: the Borg Queen. The deck grows a Collective of Borg tokens, then uses Assimilate to steal opposing creatures, turn them into Borg artifact creatures, and fold them into the hive.

Official plan: grow your ranks, assimilate the enemy. Assimilate puts a creature onto the battlefield under your control with a +1/+1 counter. It becomes a Borg artifact creature and loses its other creature types. Wizards has compared the Borg typal package to Slivers: once the Collective is online, the drones share the benefits. Commander is best with 3–5 players.
